Our rates vary according to the seasons. Rates on longer stays are negotiable. A 50% deposit of the total stay is required before bookings will be confirmed. We will e-mail you a booking confirmation form once we receive your enquiry. You can either e-mail or fax it back to us together with proof of payment for the deposit.

Reservation and cancellation policy
Reservations to be guaranteed in writing. 50% deposit of the entire stay is required upon booking. Balance due prior to checking in.
           
Cancellation fee
21 days or more prior to arrival – deposit fully refundable.
20-14 days prior to arrival – deposit 50% refundable.
13-0 days prior to arrival – deposit non-refundable.
No show will result in 100% of the total stay being charged.
